Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu - San Teodoro (Sardinia)

Loved the fine sea view, clean pools, and quaint BBQ restaurant. The beach was beautiful, perfect for sunset walks.

Nice view from the balcony to enjoy the mornings and evenings. The space was decent for a family stay with enough room to move around comfortably.

The kitchen lacked essential items-no kettle, salt, or pepper, made cooking less than enjoyable. Old appliances and cramped shower space left something to be desired, and sound insulation was poor. Nightly noise from above made it a challenge to get good sleep. A steep uphill walk to the pools and the need to reserve beach loungers felt inconvenient, considering the cost.

Quiet and incredibly beautiful place, I really enjoyed accommodating personnel.

Impeccable room with a seaview was enjoyable. A fridge and kitchenware were a plus.

We had a canny time! The BBQ restaurant was top-notch, serving delicious meals every night. The staff were dead friendly and helped us book a rental car. Just a heads up, the rooms were a bit noisy with thin walls, like. But overall, a proper lush stay, I reckon!

Hotel is not too expensive. Rooms were clean but modest. View to the beach and islands was nice.

If you want to go to the beach, it's a one kilometer walk down to the road. Alternatively, you have to drive. In early May, the rooms were cold and very humid, which made sleeping not the very best experience. Summer is probably ok, though.

A beautiful sea view from the apartment complemented our enjoyable stay. The nearby beach was easily accessible and perfect for family days. Staff were friendly, and the on-site BBQ restaurant offered fantastic pizzas. On the downside, the apartment decor felt a bit dated, and the shower was quite small for comfort. Accessing some areas can be challenging due to the hilly terrain, which might not be suitable for everyone.

I really appreciate our little house (we choose the "rooms" instead of appartment but we didn't notice any big difference) the balcony with outdoor table & chairs, it was fresh and clean. The view was also very nice. Good to have the pool as well. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful ! The place is not too far from the beach which is beautiful and what was a good point in our case : it's quite close to the airport (15 km) so for a short term stay it's perfect ! There are 2 very good fish restaurants on the beach "Porto Taverna" ! We highly recommend the hotel, it's convenient and good quality !

A quick note for the hotel : guys please, the breakfast was a little poor for a residence such like yours ! You don't offer much choices to your clients ! It's too basic and for the price we would expect a much more generous buffet. (Not even Nutella or similar nuts paste !! ) So that was a little disappointment..

The panorama is nice.

The walls, dishes, fridge, front door, bed covers and the shower curtain were very dirty. The shower didn't work well. Either the water was cold or hot. Once the water pressure was good than not. The beds were smaller, than the bed mattresses, we slided with mattresses from the beds. The walls were very slim. The cleaning women were very noisy when they were cleaning the neighboring apartman at siesta time.

Fine views and great dining experiences

The BBQ restaurant by the pool served delicious meals, made every evening special, and the beach bar was perfect. Just a heads up, it would be nice to have more frequent shuttle service to the beach during peak hours to make access easier.

There is a long but beautiful walk down to the beach. Good location to various sightseeing points. Unfortunately we only stayed one night as the hotel is in easy traveling distance to the airport.

The rooms needed to be aired before we moved in but i guess we may have been the first guests of the season

We experienced a very rude welcome to the hotel on arrival which was a shame. The lady in question was not from Sardinia but I think was possibly from Germany. She made us feel extremly unwelcome. She appeared to be preoccupied with something else and didn't really have any time to talk to us. She advised us that bed linen was not included in the price and that we would have to pay an additional €20/person (€40 for just my son and I for 2 nights). It seemed quite a lot considering we were only staying for 2 nights and had already paid over €200 for the studio apartment!! Anyway I was a little curious to know what was included for this price and the response I received was not very nice..Anyway overall the stay was nice and the other staff were very kind which made up for our initial encounter:)

beautiful views but minor issues with amenities

The apartment had fine sea views that enhanced our enjoyment every morning. The pools were not crowded and provided a relaxing atmosphere, which we appreciated . The staff were attentive and the shuttle service to the beach was efficient.

The air conditioning only served the living room and did not adequately cool the bedrooms, made sleeping uncomfortable at times.

Apartments were spacious.

The apartments were not well equipped - there was not even a pot holder or a dish towel in the kitchen. Also, it was not clear that these are residences from the website. So in some units, you can see that they have Air Conditioning and tv, and in others, like mine, did not.
